Bogie & Bacall endured the waiting
while the humans were challenged with
the curious process of permitting the Dolphins
to be on the other side of the fence with
Their Family !!
Examinations of the dolphins occurred often
Pregnant Dolphins
Ultra-sound
of Bacall's calf
The longer we waited
the more complications they faced.
So close and yet so far
May 17, 1996
Without permission for release in sight
& Bacall due to have her calf at any time..
.. someone cut the sea pen fence
setting the dolphins
free !
P.S. - It wasn't me !

Welcome Home
Bogie was seen
with her favorite group
of male dolphins.
Born Free
Bacall had her calve
shortly after being set free
To all the humans who supported the vision of Freedom
for the return of Bogie & Bacall to their Home Waters
Bravo !
