He was the first dolphin
to engage in contact with
"Sealestial" the Mermaid.
Paddling backward under
the hull to look her over,
rubbing, and touching her
with his flippers.

We have shared many adventures
with Nai a over the last 5 years.
The first season we met,
she had the tragic loss of her calf
who died when he got caught in
an abandoned mooring line.
The grief we shared together
deepened our bond.
